Snip My is a commercial application that belongs to the Mahtca Global Company. Mahtca Global is the unique developer and the only owner of this application.
Clients of Snip My have the right of using the application after the legal purchase of the app from the App Store. Mahtca Global holds no responsibility for the client's intends and actions taken by using Snip My.
Snip My does not collect, does not monitor, does not send to third parties nor does it store any of the users' data, information or personal details such as email, phone number etc.

'Snip My' - would like to record this computer's screen.
Snip My is built in accordance to Apple's Guidelines. That is a standard message prompted by macOS for all apps that need to capture your screen.
Snip My can take screenshots only if you allow it to access and record your computer's screen.
What is Snip My recording from my computer's screen?Snip My captures exactly what and when you desire. Either if it's just a rectangular selection of your screen, a certain window you select or the entire screen, Snip My always takes a screenshot when you tell it to do so. The recording is always a static image (a photography), ussualy a .JPG one.
What are the features that use screen recording?Screen recording is triggered only when you press the button 'New' and is active only when you either are done selecting a rectangular area, a window, or when the timer is done (for the Full Screen option) and it usually lasts for up to 1 second. (That's how long it takes Snip My to capture the screenshot, form and format it, copy it to your Pasteboard and add it to the Canvas - where you can edit it.)
Does Snip My collect any data via screen recording?NO. Snip My does not collect any data. You share your snips only if you want to and to whom you want to.
Does Snip My collect any data via any other means?NO. Snip my does not collect, read, use, access, see nor does it store or exchange any of your data. Anything happens on your Mac and no other parties are involved.
Will the data be shared with third parties?NO. None of your data is collected. None of it is stored. None of it is shared. You decide where to store your screenshots and what to do with them.
